For making a menstrual panty leak-proof, use absorbent material (ZORB) and leak-proof material (PUL) for the gusset.

The PUL has a layer of organic cotton, so no extra fabric layer is needed. This keeps the gusset thin while providing good skin protection.

This material can also be used for light incontinence.

This kit includes a 25 x 70 cm piece of each fabric in black, enough to make 3 to 4 gussets, depending on the size. This kit does not include a pattern, fabric or elastic for making the panty itself.

Note: The material becomes fully absorbent for first time use after wetting it thoroughly and letting it air dry (do not use a tumble dryer!).

Menstrual panties can be washed at 40°C and should be air-dried (absolutely avoid the tumble dryer).
